JPS-iQ Solutions Group weclapp Independent · Advisory-led · ERP-agnostic

weclapp, implemented for the businesses it actually fits – B2B services, projects, SaaS, DACH wholesale.

For project-driven service organisations, SaaS providers and DACH wholesale. Independent specialists, not a reseller – we recommend weclapp when weclapp fits, and a different platform when it doesn't. CRM, sales, projects, inventory, billing and accounting inside one cloud suite, implemented advisory-led from day one.

DeliveryProjects, services, time tracking, light manufacturing, wholesale
FinanceBilling, subscriptions, accounting, reporting, DATEV-aware

Advice that isn't tied to a licence quota.

We are not a weclapp reseller. The JPS-iQ Solutions Group runs NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft, Xentral, Zoho, Odoo and BPO Business Units in parallel – so the recommendation you get on weclapp is calibrated against real alternatives, not against a sales target.

Platform overview

One cloud suite. Three operating layers.

weclapp is a cloud-native, DACH-engineered ERP suite. Where many platforms specialise in either commerce or finance, weclapp connects customer-facing, delivery and financial processes inside the same data model – CRM, sales, projects, inventory and billing in one place.

01

Customer & revenue

CRM, lead-to-quote, sales orders, subscriptions, marketing automation and helpdesk. The full revenue chain inside one system – not behind three logins.

02

Delivery & operations

Projects, time tracking, services delivery, inventory, purchasing and light manufacturing. The operational reality where the business actually runs – tightly connected to billing.

03

Finance

Billing, recurring revenue, multi-currency, payments, reporting and a DATEV-aware finance hand-off. Books that pull directly from the operational reality – not a parallel project.

One system, not a patchwork

One suite. One flow. One truth.

Many growing B2B businesses accumulate a stack: CRM tool, separate project tool, spreadsheet for time, billing tool, finance system with no real connection. The cost sits not in the individual tool – it sits in the reconciliation between them.

weclapp allows the business process to live inside one cloud system. Customer, delivery, finance – one data object, one truth. The advantage is not the licence price. The advantage is that the books become a consequence of operational reality, not a parallel project.

  • Lead, quote, project, time, invoice and subscription in one chain – not five tools
  • Project margin is visible in the same system that creates the invoice
  • Recurring revenue, partial deliveries and corrections follow one logic
  • Finance and reporting pull directly from operational reality
1 cloud suite weclapp as system of record across customer, delivery and finance.
3 layers Customer · Delivery · Finance in one architecture.
0 shadow tools No parallel Excel, no manual exports between modules.
∞ scale path From first 50 users to multi-entity, multi-country setup.

Why JPS-iQ

A weclapp partner that isn't selling you weclapp.

Most weclapp partners are resellers first and consultants second. We are the opposite: advisors first – with a weclapp Business Unit for the cases where weclapp is genuinely the right answer.

Independent & ERP-agnostic

We are currently not an official weclapp partner – deliberately. The JPS-iQ Solutions Group runs NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft, Xentral, Zoho and Odoo in parallel. The recommendation you get on weclapp is calibrated against the alternatives, not against a sales quota.

Project & recurring revenue depth

The group works across project-led and SaaS businesses. The questions that surface on day 60 – project margin, subscription churn, revenue recognition, multi-entity billing – are not new questions for us.

Finance-aware implementation

A weclapp rollout doesn't end at the first clean order. It ends at the first clean month-end close. Chart of accounts, tax, OPOS, payments and a DATEV-aware finance hand-off are built in parallel with the operational flow – not after.

Part of a group, not a single shop

If weclapp hits a boundary later in growth – or if a sister company needs a different ERP – the group has the next step in place: NetSuite for global scale, Microsoft for industry depth, SAP where it is mandated, Xentral for commerce, Zoho or Odoo for adjacent suites.

Implementation

What a weclapp engagement actually delivers.

We don't sell a single weclapp module. We design the operating model, build the integrations that hold it together – and stay with it while the company scales.

Every engagement is anchored in business reality first – customer, delivery, finance – and only then in modules. The sequence matters: if the flows are not clean, the books will not be either.

  • 01

    CRM, sales & subscriptions

Pipeline, quotation, sales order, subscription, helpdesk and marketing automation – configured as one revenue chain, not five disconnected modules.

  • 02

    Projects & services delivery

Project planning, time tracking, expense, service desk and project margin reporting – the operational backbone for service-led companies.

  • 03

    Inventory, purchasing & light manufacturing

Multi-warehouse stock, purchasing, batch and serial logic and assembly workflows – for wholesale and light manufacturing scenarios.

  • 04

    Billing & finance hand-off

Recurring billing, dunning, payment matching, OPOS, reporting and a DATEV-aware finance hand-off where required.

  • 05

    Multi-entity, international

Multi-company, multi-currency and intercompany flow for groups moving from one entity to several – without breaking the operating model.

  • Master data & operations

Master data discipline, exception handling, KPI logic and the workflows that keep growth clean – not the configuration that breaks under volume.

Method

Four phases. Fixed deliverables. Clean hand-offs.

Every engagement runs through a defined lifecycle. Each phase has a clear outcome, clear ownership and a clear hand-off – so growth doesn't outrun implementation.

01 — Plan

Operating model design

Customer, delivery and finance mapped end-to-end. Master data, modules and integrations defined. Platform fit confirmed – or a different platform recommended.

02 — Implement

Configured suite

weclapp configured to the target operating model. Integrations to adjacent systems built. Data migrated and validated.

03 — Launch

Cutover and first weeks

Controlled cutover, hyper-care during the first weeks, exception handling and operating cadence in place.

04 — Scale

Volume, entities, countries

Volume growth, new entities, new countries, new modules – added on top of the same system, not beside it.

Where it pays back

Four profiles where weclapp typically pays back.

weclapp fits where customer, project and billing reality meet – and where the cost of keeping point tools in sync no longer scales.

B2B

B2B services & consulting

Consultancies, agencies and engineering firms with project delivery, timesheets and recurring billing – running on one system instead of three.

SaaS

SaaS & subscription businesses

Software and digital service providers with subscriptions, recurring revenue and customer success – where CRM, billing and revenue recognition share one model.

WHL

DACH wholesale

Wholesalers and B2B distributors with multi-warehouse stock, purchasing and DACH-grade tax and DATEV expectations – without the DTC commerce overhead.

MFG

Light manufacturing

Assembly, configurable products and small-series production where MRP-light, project and finance need to share one data model.

Hard questions

What you want to know before the first call.

No marketing gloss. The questions CFOs, COOs and operations leads actually ask before committing to weclapp — and straight answers on how we work.

What does weclapp — JPS-iQ do?

weclapp — JPS-iQ is the weclapp Business Unit of the JPS-iQ Solutions Group. We deliver independent, advisory-led weclapp implementations for B2B services, project businesses, SaaS providers and DACH wholesale and light manufacturing — across CRM, sales, projects, inventory, billing and accounting.

We are not a weclapp reseller. Our advice is platform-agnostic: if weclapp fits, we implement it; if it doesn't, we say so — and the group has the alternative Business Unit in place.

Are you an official weclapp partner?

No — we are currently not an official weclapp partner. We deliver as independent specialists. That means our recommendation is not tied to a licence quota.

The JPS-iQ Solutions Group runs NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft, Xentral, Zoho, Odoo and BPO Business Units in parallel, so the comparison between platforms is internal and honest. If becoming a weclapp partner makes sense for our clients in the future, we will pursue it transparently.

How is weclapp different from Xentral or Odoo in your line-up?

weclapp sits where B2B-led businesses live: project-driven service organisations, SaaS and recurring revenue, DACH wholesale and light manufacturing — CRM-led with strong project, billing and finance integration.

Xentral sits where DTC and fulfillment-heavy commerce lives — shop, warehouse, shipping, marketplace.

Odoo sits where broader modular suites with deeper customisation are needed across many adjacent functions.

The right answer depends on the operating model — not on the brand. A scoping call is the cheapest way to find out which one fits.

Who is a good fit for a conversation — and who isn't?

Good fit: B2B service businesses, consultancies, agencies, engineering firms; SaaS and subscription businesses; DACH wholesalers and light manufacturers; mid-market organisations replacing legacy on-premise ERP with cloud.

Less good fit: pure DTC e-commerce with high fulfillment depth — Xentral usually fits better there. Very large multinationals with deep finance complexity — NetSuite or SAP usually fit better there.

How does a first engagement start?

A 30-minute scoping call: business model, target processes, finance reality, time window. No licence push on the first call.

Then an assessment phase with a target architecture across CRM, sales, projects, inventory, billing and finance on a single page. Only then do we discuss scope, commercials and rollout plan.

Cloud-only? Data residency? Customisation?

weclapp is a cloud-native suite hosted in Germany — data residency is one of its strongest arguments for DACH-regulated environments. Customisations are scoped to be upgrade-friendly; we treat lock-in risk as part of the architecture conversation, not an afterthought.
